The theme of TTT 2008 - Porto, was: "How can we connect the creative spaces for creative cities and their inhabitants creative?"
Each participant in the group is cordially invited to make a brief presentation on the topic above. As in earlier developments, the group will then discuss the issue more based over one and a half day.
